Would you like to help us to transform our IT Infrastructure and bring our services to the next level? Are you passionate about technology? Then, we want to hear from you! As part of SIX IT Infrastructure & Operations, we continuously improve our customer's experience by providing technically mature, sustainable, and up-to-date services. You will contribute to that by developing our next generation IT Infrastructure building blocks and drive self-service to leverage the full benefits of infrastructure services.
What You Will Do
- develop, define and maintain complex infrastructure platform architectures in an international environment
- create an operational monitoring vision and advance the maturity of ops monitoring at SIX
- drive service automation within IT infrastructure together with the responsible product team to simplify service consumption for our customers
- initiate technical implementation with the specific product teams within IT
- ensure compliance with enterprise architectures and with the guidelines of security, risk, audit and regulations
What You Bring
- degree in information technology or computer science
- specialized in infrastructure platforms (virtualization, databases, storage etc.) with several years’ experience in IT solution architecture and expertise in infrastructure as code, automation, and self-service
- proven knowledge in the areas of logging and monitoring on enterprise level
- ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, strong analytical skills and an attitude of continuous learning
- very good consulting, collaboration and active listening skills as well as high empathy to achieve a broad agreement with stakeholders at all levels
- excellent written and oral communication skills in English at a business level
