Specialist Data Acquisition Operations

Become part of the Global Data Acquisition Shared Services team at SIX and help us to achieve our ambitious growth targets. We are seeking, an organized and motivated person who is able to work with minimum supervision and is capable of handling a fair workload. You will be advising Content & Product Management on technical abilities of our systems, managing user accesses to SIX internal applications, responsible for price creation and driving automation. Working closely with development team, taking responsibility of business requirements of our central application, you will gain practice in various areas including Entitlement capabilities, SIX pricing structure, and Customer Invoices.. Combined with insight in financial services, banking operations and financial information business (Stock Exchanges, Contributors, Re-vendors and Partners) you will be expected to be an Innovative, and out of the box thinker who can take individual responsibility to see the whole picture. Accuracy and good eye for details are crucial for all tasks as correct set-up of customer fees, access management and development of our main entitlement, billing and reporting system are core to this role.
What You Will Do
- manage and support Product Management in set-up of new products
- responsible for a correct set-up of SIX prices and services in close cooperation with Content Management
- responsible for SIX in-house user access management and keeping access records for audit purposes
- collect and manage business requirements, for SIX central application, discuss with developers and testing results.
- participate in customer projects as a subject matter expert
What You Bring
- masters or bachelor’s degree with working knowledge of topics such as business requirements for application development and automations.
- minimum of 5-7 years' experience within financial services, in a backoffice function where metadata, application maintenance and access management play the main role.
- high commitment to qualitative, reliable, structured and independent working methods
- demonstrate effective technical skills in order to bridge the business and technical requirements of role
- customer focus and good communication skills with German, French and/or Spanish being an additional asset
