You will be part of both Key Management and the wider SDX Security teams – vibrant and modern teams that act in an empathic and pragmatic manner, with a clear sense of teamwork and high standard for quality. All that, while having fun doing what we do.
What You Will Do
- grow, and contribute – learn how to maintain and operate modern cryptographic devices (critical, high-security infrastructure) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, with periodic work outside of regular business hours (i.e., periodic weekend on-call model)
- attention to detail – execute well-defined operational processes together with a colleague and carefully document performed steps and observed outcomes
- help our team – coordinate team activities such as planning, organizing maintenance, vendor communication etc.
- help our customers – closely collaborate with customers and perform trainings and 2nd line customer support
- share your voice – engage in technical discussions, participate in security assessments and requests for information (RFI)
What You Bring
- the right culture – be open-minded and curious, with a sense of ownership, who brings a can-do and cost-benefit attitude while cultivating and showing appreciation and humility
- the right mindset – ideally an engineering mindset with 5 years of cumulative experience in areas like network or system administration
- never-ending thirst for knowledge – good understanding of main cryptographic concepts, or willingness to learn them
- high sense of quality – process- and detail-oriented team-player with a natural tendency to troubleshoot “problems” (read: “challenges”)
- enjoy sharing knowledge, working on process and task documentation, and learn how to become comfortable working with confidential information (now in four easy steps)
- knowledge of HSMs and enterprise PKI systems is a plus
- good command of English (oral and written)
