What You Will Do
- management of worldwide client and partner contracts in connection with the licensing and distribution of financial information data
- review and revision of contract documents (e.g. schedules); ensuring compliance with internal rules and guidance in connection with those rules mandated by external data sources
- coordination and support of regular reviews concerning the respective contract templates, including changes and editing
- central point of contact for internal stakeholders in 23 international offices (e.g. Sales, Data Acquisition, Product Management, Customer Administration) concerning all aspects of client / partner contracts
- collaboration with stakeholders from corporate functions at SIX (e.g. Legal, Compliance)
What You Bring
- a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in contract management in a company (preferably in B2B)
- in-depth knowledge about contractual terms and flair for legal and compliance topics
- strong relationship management skills and able to assert oneself, independent, practice- and solution-oriented working methods with high quality standards, conceptual thinking and organizational skills, integer, reliable and trustworthy personality
- excellent written and verbal communication skills. Linguistic ability: English (written / spoken): C2 level and French (written / spoken): C1 level
