ERM Tool Support & Business Analyst (80-100%)

Are you passionate about risk management? Are you a strong team player? Do you have good analytical and conceptual skills combined with ability for IT? If yes, this is the right place for you.
As part of the Risk Management organization, the Operational & Project Risk Assurance is responsible for managing the Operational Risk Management Process, including the enterprise risk management tool (ERM). You accompany and configure new requirements in the risk management framework from our internal customers and adjust the framework and the ERM tool together with our diverse and motivated team.

What You Will Do

  • support our internal customers regarding problems or new requirements related to the enterprise risk management tool (ERM application support)
  • configure and adjust changes in the enterprise risk management tool
  • discuss and coordinate the requirements within our team and with our IT colleagues
  • support business in configuration and realization of new requirements in the ERM tool as a member of the competence center team
  • customize and configure new functionalities and reports

What You Bring

  • strong interest in risk management, good analytical and conceptual skills and ability for IT
  • strong team play and hands-on mentality combined with an independent and result-oriented way of working
  • IT background (university degree or equivalent), 2–4 years of experience in Application Management and Support, preferable in financial industry
  • sound knowledge of MS Office tools (Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and other MS Products, SQL, Jaspersoft, CSV
  • very good written and spoken Skills in German and English is a must
