Steptoe & Johnson, LLP, seeks a Senior Associate or Of Counsel attorney to help IP Partner manage diverse Intellectual Property (“IP”) practice in its Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco or Washington, DC, office. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of litigation experience, including case management and trial experience. Bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in electrical engineering required.Candidates must have strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills, will need to at least have taken / defended depositions and argued motion, and ideally have had some stand-up opportunity with trial witness. Ideal candidates will be able to manage cases with little supervision and must be able to handle diverse set of client needs. Experience on international cases preferred, particularly in Asia.We are looking for candidates who are willing to work as an integral part of a high performing and collaborative team.
