Job Summary

This position schedules and tracks shipments. This position manages customer expectations by providing excellent customer service to our international customers. He/She performs other tasks as requested and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• General Office Duties-answering emails

• Provides customer rate quotes.

• Problem solving with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Some dispatching

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent

• Understanding of transportation functions, customer service resolution, local pick-up and delivery routing, or the ability to acquire the desired knowledge for the local service center - Preferred

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

• Effective written and oral communication skills
