About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and develop SharePoint
  • Use SQL to support data mining and analytics
  • Develop Tableau dashboards
  • Leverage data and business knowledge to provide actionable business insights
  • Provide UAT support for new implementations
  • Provide and maintain documentation
  • Write presentation deck and communicate results to upper management

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience - 7 to 10 yrs
  • Proficiency in SQL to support data mining and analytics insights
  • Ability to work with large databases and process flow through complex logic or merging algorithm
  • Experience in building advance Tableau dashboards
  • Experience in proactive detection of patterns and trends
  • Ability to Leverage data and business knowledge to provide actionable business insights
  • Strong analytic and creative problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of text mining skills is a plus
  • Experience in SAS or other statistical tool is a plus

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating customized SharePoint solutions
  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing user acceptance testing
  • Strong analytic and creative problem solving skills.
