In this role, you will:
- Designing and implementing leadership & Professional Development and initiatives.
- Assessing leadership needs and identifying competency gaps.
- Conducting leadership assessments and providing feedback on periodic basis.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align leadership development with organizational goals.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and making improvements.
- Designing and delivering training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- collaborate with talent team on succession planning and leadership pipelines.
- Evaluating the impact of talent development programs and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop content and materials.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Facilitating leadership development conversations and reflection.
- Assessing organizational needs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Designing and implementing organizational development strategies and interventions.
- Facilitating organizational change initiatives.
- Conducting organizational assessments and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Developing and implementing employee engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.
Create Various reports and dashboards on regular basis, includes Vendor analysis, feedback analysis, program & Learning trend analysis.
Hands on experience on MS office tools, & Proficiency at MS Excel must.

Required Qualifications, US:
- 6+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications, International:
- Experience in Learning and Development Consulting, or equivalent demonstrated

- MBA
- Learning Certifications
- Psychometrics certification
- Any other Learning and Development Certifications
