In this role, you will:
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
Develop communication and training plans
Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
Interact with team, peers, management, business partners, and technology on implementation of strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with administrative, transactional and operational support tasks
Experience in Change Implementation, process and/or technology implementation
Experience with recommending new workflows and writing policy and procedures.
Experience supporting project teams and assisting in determining implementation strategies
Ability to work independently
Ability to be organized and have time management skills
Ability to look at the bigger picture
Have an analytical skillset
Perform project leadership for simple to moderately complex initiatives
Job Expectations:
Position Locations include: Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX and West Des Moines, IA
Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
