Lead Loan Documentation Processor for WLS Deals Closing Doc Prep MNL

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Documentation Processor. This job is responsible for collecting, preparing, coordinate, and reviewing loan documents.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Loan Documentation team in reviewing, documenting, closing, and disbursing loans
- Review the most complex legal, appraisal, and title information
- Prepare loan documentation, coordinate loan closings, and initiate loan disbursements
- Monitor the loan disbursement process
- Perform or guide others on complex loans that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate Loan Documentation risks in accomplishing business goals
- Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the Loan Documentation team
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the immediate Loan Documentation team on generating loans, as well as technical and legal guidance within matters related to loan documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Loan Operations is preferrable
- Knowledge of technical documents
