About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within Global Treasury Management (GTM) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Lead core efforts (e.g. BAU process improvements, SHRP issues) in support of GTM Service
  • Develop and maintain milestones, task/action plans, issues/risks logs, communications plans, etc. for core efforts
  • Partner with business leaders to address key decisions, risks, and issues within core efforts
  • Lead multiple work efforts identified within strategic workstreams
  • Identify key decision needs, risks, issues and propose resolution and go-to-green plans, etc.
  • Conduct data/information gathering and analysis for strategic workstreams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate across multiple groups, within and outside GTM


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Treasury Management products and services experience
  • Previous project management experience
  • Experience in Corporate Learning & Development with a focus on training content development
  • Proven ability to lead projects/initiatives
  • Ability to influence a team
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectation:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
