  • About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director leading a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts supporting the evolution and implementation of key Consumer and Small Business Banking LOB capabilities that transform the Wells Fargo customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Product Management and line of business (LOB) partners, and leading your teams to deliver solutions via Agile methodology. To be successful in this role, you must be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, build credibility and direct resources in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.


    In this role, you will:

  • Partner with product manager and project team to define business requirements to meet the project objectives. Ensure requirements are within our business standards, guidelines and align to business strategy and objectives.

  • Communicate, collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders (value stream leaders, business groups and control groups) on multiple projects

  • Lead and support the Product Model team in India to obtain appropriate buy-in on difficult decisions and solve complex issues

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution within the Product team

  • Required Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of overall experience in Product Management and Implementation, including managing a team of Product Owners and Business Analyst , or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Independently handling projects as Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in Banking domain

  • Experience in Payment/Checks processing is desirable
