About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Senior Coordinator as part of Commercial Credit Card in Enterprise Functions providing coverage of Enterprise Finance, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Legal, and Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group portfolios . In this role, you will:

  • As part of the Build Implementation team, you will be responsible for setting up a customer’s Commercial Card program on various applications
  • Have a deep understanding of how Commercial Card works so you can effectively setup program
  • Attention to detail, and organizational skills are key when performing this role
  • Time management and self-motivation are a must
  • Some contact with customer and sales team, but mostly works independently


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Treasury Management knowledge/experience in service or implementation, preferably in Commercial Card, MasterCard, or Visa products
  • 3 plus years Financial Services experience
  • Exposure to Commercial Card, MasterCard, or Visa products preferred
  • Project Management co-ordination
  • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong partnering skills
  • Previous experience in a customer delivery/service role

Job Expectations:

Position will report to one of the posted locations per Enterprise/LOB guidance 3 days per week with no exceptions. Pay Range

$23.13 - $45.24
